Gabe Brown Conference – Monday, December 5

Cover Crop & No-till Conference featuring Gabe Brown

On Monday, December 5, 2016 the Loup Basin RC&D in Burwell and the NRCS office in Ord are hosting the Gabe Brown Conference.

Gabe Brown is from North Dakota and will highlight his 5,000 acre farm/ranch, discussing his no-till operation utilizing cover crops and grazing them. Promoting soil health and explaining how he now uses zero synthetic fertilizers, fungicides and pesticides in his operation and also out yields his neighbors. He successfully has less inputs and much more profit.

Brown’s information will be valuable to area producers, with Gabe answering questions during and after the program.

The conference will be held at the

Trotter Event Center,  127 Trotter Avenue,  Ord, Nebraska

The program will be from 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m

Registration fee –  $10.00 includes conference and lunch catered by Whitefoot Catering.
Complete registration – by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2016.
