Scotia, Nebraska is a small village located on Highway 22, just one mile east of Nebraska Scenic Byway Highway 11, which has been named Loup Rivers Scenic Byway.

The town is bordered on the west by the North Loup River.

Various wildlife can be seen along the Highway.
